Local Assistance Procedures Manual—LAPM

The DLA Office Bulletins supersede specific DLA policy and/or procedural publications, including forms. The Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM), originally released in February 1998 and reissued January 2006, describes the various procedures required to process Federal and State funded local transportation projects.
